Soldier Stopped by Police
According to an eyewitness account, the Army personnel had accompanied his boss to the area to purchase building materials.
The soldier reportedly left the location briefly to get an item but was stopped by some police officers, who asked him to identify himself.
The encounter reportedly became heated after the soldier took exception to the manner in which the officers approached him.
