The Lagos State Police Command has uncovered a suspected high-tech indoor cannabis farm at a residential property in Apapa, arresting two men, including a Polish national, in connection with the discovery.

The operation took place on November 2, 2026, at about 8:15 a.m., following intelligence received by police operatives.

The suspects were identified as Thomas Razvickas, 49, a Polish national, and James Chisome, 36, a Nigerian. Both reportedly reside at the property where the facility was discovered.

According to the statement issued by the Command, operatives searched the premises after receiving credible information and discovered a sophisticated indoor farming facility allegedly designed for cultivating, harvesting and processing substances suspected to be cannabis. The police said the two men had been taken into custody and had made confessional statements while providing information to assist investigators in unraveling the operation.
