Nigerian TikTok influencers Ivana and Tunmise have stirred outrageous debates online after publicly sharing their breakup online including the circumstances surrounding it.
The breakup faces backlash on how the airing turns into a public war of accusations, with both parties making serious allegations against each other on social media.
According to Tunmise, Ivana cheated on him with her ex-boyfriend despite the financial and emotional support he claimed to have given her throughout their relationship. He also alleged that they repeatedly treated infections while they were together, saying the recurring health issues became a source of constant arguments. However, he did not provide medical records or any independent evidence to substantiate those claims.
Ivana, on her part, accused Tunmise of infidelity, verbal abuse and domestic violence. She also claimed he owed her money and disputed some of his accounts of their relationship.
Tunmise has denied the allegations against him. Although Ivana affirmed the repeatedly treated infections when they’re together. She further explained that Tunmise constantly used her infections as a way of humiliating her.
As the dispute escalated, Tunmise released a recording of a phone conversation he said he had with Ivana’s father. In the recording, her father appeared to urge calm, promised to speak with his daughter and reportedly asked that the public posts about the relationship be taken down.
