Babalawo Claims Peller Owes Him ₦100 Million Over Alleged Spiritual Deal

A self-styled Babalawo has sparked reactions online after claiming that popular Nigerian content creator Peller owes him ₦100 million over alleged spiritual assistance he provided to the creator years back.

The claim surfaced in a viral video circulating online showing the man emotionally calling out Peller and repeatedly saying, “Peller, don’t forget what I did for you.”

In the video, the man gestures intensely while appearing to remind Peller of what he allegedly did for him before his rise to prominence. The man claimed he made him famous, suggesting that he believes his spiritual services contributed to the creator’s fame.

However, the Babalawo reportedly put the value of his alleged contribution at ₦100 million, claiming that Peller has yet to fulfil his obligation to him.

The allegation has generated amusement and debate among social media users, with some questioning why the Babalawo did not use the alleged spiritual powers to make himself successful.

Others have used the controversy to joke about Peller’s rapid rise to fame, while some users urged caution over the claims, noting that there is yet to be independent evidence confirming that spiritual intervention played any role in the creator’s success.
