Popular Nigerian musician Chike has taken a drastic action amid ongoing allegations of affairs with the ex-wife of TV Presenter Frank Edoho.
Recently Edoho revealed that one of the reasons for the separation from his ex-wife was infidelity with a young Nigerian musician. While he didn’t name anyone, Nigerians immediately began speculating, with many mentioning Chike.
Consequently, multiple blogs and social media influencers piled on the musician accusing him of the actions.
Reacting to the report, Edoho clarified to his fans that he has been separated from his ex-wife Katherine Obiang for two years. As such, he has had time to heal through the incident.
He stated that;
I truly appreciate the empathy. While I understand that the public is only just becoming aware of this chapter, I have lived through it privately for quite some time now (almost 2 years) and have since made peace with it emotionally.
Despite this, social media users continued to pile on Chike, disrupting his comment sections with the allegation. Some people even reprimanded him for the action.
In response, the pop music artist has now restricted comments to his posts on Instagram. This suggests an attempt to reduce the influx of negative comments over an allegation he has yet to confirm or deny.
