A client has reportedly demanded N5 million in damages from their photographer who delivered unacceptable images after charging N120,000.
An X photographer identified as @Dunamis97 revealed that he mistakenly received a Breach of Agreement from a law firm on May 25, 2026.
Dunamis alleged that he was accused of charging N120,000 for wedding photography and videography for a client. However, the client only received blurry pictures with claims that the rest was lost.
Consequently, the client demanded a N5 million payment for damages.
The photographer noted that he was first surprised and quizzed whether he failed to deliver any job around 2018/2019.
“Everywhere first blur, I was thinking was there anyone I failed to deliver to around 2018/2019 that has come back to haunt me now? Cos who the hell charges 120k in 2026?” he lamented.
However, he realized that the name and address weren’t his as the legal papers were mistakenly sent to him. Following this, he called the Lawyer who confirmed that he is not the alleged photographer and should write back.
Meanwhile, the incident has already begun to draw massive backlash from social media users over the client’s greedy demand.
“But in all of this, such client is a very greedy one; you want to cash out 5m with 120k, well I blame the Photographer,” Dunamis opined. He also noted that the photographer was also allegedly paid N70,000 out of the agreed N120,000.

Amid this, some users have also advised caution, arguing that the entire thing may be a major scam ruse.
