Some beneficiaries of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) in Anambra state have expressed support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election with a N10.7 million donation.
According to Punch, the beneficiaries who were led by the Chairman of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Joint Campus Council in Anambra State Ifeanyichukwu Chukwuemeka explained that the support follows the impact of NELFUND.
The students revealed that the student loan introduced by President Tinubu has reduced financial burdens and increased access to education.
Hence, their endorsement and support represent a symbol of appreciation for the President’s educational reforms and youth-focused policies.
We are also donating the sum of ₦10,735,500 to support the purchase of the expression of interest form for him,” the NANS Anambra JCC Chairman Chukwuemeka stated.
