A lady has shared how she ended conversations with her talking stage after he revealed plans to get married within four months.
The lady, identified as Chisom on X revealed that the talking stage raised red flags after sharing this detail within 48 hours of their meeting.
She stated in her tweet that;
“Less than 48hrs into knowing each other, he called that evening and was crying on the phone, confused. I asked what the issue was, he said he misses his late father.”
Chisom disclosed that while she felt bad for him, she later learnt that his father passed away 12 years ago. “I’ve never felt so confused. I asked if there were any special or favorite memories… nothing, just tears,” she added.
She furthered that the man also wished his father were alive to see him bring a woman home and also have grandkids.
“That’s when I got the ick because during the day he had been laying so much emphasis on marriage, fatherhood, wanting to date and marry within 4months, how 2 weeks to a month of talking stage is too long for him,” Chisom revealed.
Chisom also noted that the talking stage continued talking about marriage and how she’s everything he’s always asked God for. He also told her about his life struggles and issues including finances.
However, Chisom found all of these unusual, causing her to end the relationship.
“All of this in less than 48hrs?! That’s a lot of information for someone you just met. I had to tell him I was no longer interested in talking to him,” she disclosed.
