In the video, the tenant defended his actions, stating that the fence was built primarily for security reasons, especially for his family whenever he is away.
“I know that I am a tenant, but my safety comes first. My family is here, and I need to protect them,” he said.
“Moreover, my landlord should be thankful to me for helping with the building,” he added.
