Popular musician Seyi Vibez has slammed his colleague Adekunle Gold on social media over what netizens describe as a subtle shade in the latter’s new Fuji Xtra album.
Yesterday, Adekunle Kosoko popularly known as Adekunle Gold released Fuji Xtra, as an expansion to his Fuji album released in October 2025. The upgrade features new tracks Life of The Faaji, Shake Shake, Blue Fire, Big Fish, and a host of others.
In response, Seyi Vibez has taken to Instagram and X (formerly Twitter) to express dissatisfaction with Adekunle Gold.
Seyi Vibez in one tweet said;
Adekunle Gold you’re wack
And your swag is wack

Seyi in another tweets described Adekunle Gold as:

Though the exact cause of the issue is currently unknown, social media users speculate that it may be due to Adekunle Gold’s alleged dig at Seyi Vibez in the “Life of the Fuji” track.
Adekunle Gold in the track said; “They love my fuji, no be fuji moto.” According to social media users, this likely caused the beef as the name refers to Seyi Vibez’s album.

Meanwhile, social media users have begun expressing mixed reactions towards the feud;
Y4yi said:
e no even lie cause how person go release fuji moto call am album, ag baby cook joor
Gemini added that:
Adekunle Gold is not even trying to throw a jab at Seyi Vibez just because he mentioned Fuji Moto. Even Seyi Vibez himself also copied the name from someone to title his album, he was asked on the day of his listening party what inspired the title.
However Topss opined that:
beefing Seyi Vibez bcos he didn’t clear your song is crazy
