Newly married Nigerian gospel minister Abbey Ojomu has shared details of her unconventional courtship, revealing that she and her husband deliberately went five months without talking on the phone, making calls, or exchanging text messages before they got married.

According to her, the experience strengthened their trust in one another, reinforced their conviction that marriage should be built on shared values, purpose, and spiritual maturity instead of emotional dependence.
